Welcome to Noori Studios. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Noori Studios LLC. We operate this website and store, including all related content, features, tools, and products (the "Services"), to sell digital photography resources such as Lightroom presets, Adobe-compatible editing tools, and posing guides. Our Services are hosted on Squarespace.

These Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, govern your use of the Services. By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or making a purchase.

2. Our Products

We make every effort to accurately describe our presets, Adobe-based tools, and posing guides, including through preview images and before/after examples. However, actual results will vary depending on your source images, camera, lighting conditions, and device display settings. We do not guarantee that a preset or guide will produce identical results to the examples shown.

Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change at any time without notice, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at our discretion.

3. Orders and Digital Delivery

All products sold through this Site are digital products delivered electronically — there is no physical shipping. When you complete a purchase, you will receive access to download your files, typically via an automated email or download link.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we may decline or cancel an order at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors), in which case we'll attempt to notify you and issue a refund for that specific order. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, please review your order carefully before completing checkout — see our Refund Policy for details on our no-refunds policy and its limited exceptions.

You agree that any products you purchase are for your own personal or business use in your own creative work, not for resale, redistribution, or repackaging (see Section 6, Intellectual Property).

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice; the price charged will be the price in effect at the time you place your order. Posted prices do not include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed at the time of purchase through our Squarespace-integrated payment provider. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method and that the information you provide is accurate.

5. Intellectual Property and License to Use Products

All content on the Site — including presets, posing guides, product photography, written content, graphics, and the Noori Studios name and branding — is owned by Noori Studios LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

When you purchase a product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for your own personal or commercial photo editing work. You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, or give away the preset, guide, or tool files themselves (in original or modified form)

  • Claim authorship of the presets, tools, or guides

  • Use the products to create a competing product for sale

  • Upload the files to any site or platform where others could download them

Unauthorized use may result in termination of your access to future purchases and may expose you to liability under copyright law.

6. Optional Third-Party Tools and Links

The Services may reference or link to third-party software (such as Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop) or third-party websites. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party tool, platform, or site, including Squarespace's own platform features. Use of any third-party tool or site is at your own risk and subject to that third party's own terms.

7. Feedback and Reviews

If you submit reviews, testimonials, or other feedback about our products, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and share that feedback (including on our Site and marketing materials) in connection with promoting our business. You confirm that any feedback you provide is your own honest opinion and doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights.

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

  • Infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others

  • Harass, defame, or harm any person

  • Transmit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
