1. Booking & Retainer Deposit
- Deposit Requirement: To secure your date and time, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Sessions are not confirmed or held without this deposit.
- Payment Methods: Deposits can be paid securely via Venmo or Zelle.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Notice Period: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, you must notify us at least three (3) days in advance of your scheduled date.
- Rescheduling: If proper 3-day notice is given, your 50% deposit will remain valid and will be applied directly to your new rescheduled date.
- Refunds: The 50% booking deposit is strictly non-refundable. If you cancel with less than 3 days' notice or choose not to reschedule, the deposit is forfeited.
3. Image Copyright & Commercial Use
- Usage Rights: All images delivered are for personal use only (e.g., social media sharing, personal printing, gifting).
- Reselling Restriction: You cannot resell, distribute, or use these images for commercial financial gain unless you receive explicit, written approval and a commercial license from the photographer.
4. Photo Delivery Timeline
- Turnaround Time: Your professionally edited digital gallery will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours following the conclusion of your session.
Agreement: By submitting your 50% deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
