Thank you for shopping with Noori Studios LLC. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

All products sold by Noori Studios LLC — including Lightroom presets, Adobe-compatible editing tools, and posing guides — are digital, downloadable products. Because these files can be downloaded, copied, and used immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once a purchase is complete, except where required by law.

This applies regardless of:

  • Whether the product has been downloaded or used

  • Compatibility issues with your software, camera, or device

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Dissatisfaction with the final look or results achieved using the product

2. Before You Buy

Because digital products cannot be "returned" once delivered, we encourage you to:

  • Review product descriptions, preview images, and before/after examples carefully

  • Confirm your software is compatible (see Section 3)

  • Reach out to us with any questions before purchasing

3. Compatibility

Our Lightroom presets and Adobe-based tools are designed for use with Adobe Lightroom (Classic and/or mobile, as specified on each product page) and, where noted, Adobe Camera Raw or Photoshop. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm they have compatible software installed prior to purchase. Lack of compatible software or technical difficulty installing a product does not qualify for a refund, but we're happy to help troubleshoot — see Section 5.

4. Exceptions

We will consider a resolution (such as a replacement file) on a case-by-case basis only in the following limited circumstances:

  • You received a corrupted or incorrect file due to a technical error on our end

  • You were charged more than once for the same order due to a processing error

  • A resolution is required under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction

To request a review under these exceptions, contact us within 24 hrs days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.

If you're having trouble downloading, installing, or using a product you've purchased, contact us — we're glad to help you get it working rather than leave you stuck.
